Introduction

Welcome to DISPA.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the DISPA platform, website, mobile application, and related services.

By creating an account or using DISPA, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use DISPA.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
  • Keeping their information up to date.
  • All activity performed under their account.

Memberships

DISPA offers:

Free Membership
Premium Membership

Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Payments

  • Premium memberships are processed securely through Stripe.
  • DISPA never stores complete credit card information.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their payment method updated.

Cancellations

  • Users may cancel their Premium Membership at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Previously charged subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use DISPA for illegal activities.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Disrupt platform operations.
  • Share accounts with unauthorized users.

Platform Availability

  • DISPA strives to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
  • Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

Intellectual Property

All software, logos, graphics, trademarks, designs, and platform content belong to DISPA.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DISPA provides software tools for dispatch management.

DISPA is not responsible for:

  • Transportation agreements.
  • Vehicle damage.
  • Broker disputes.
  • Driver disputes.
  • Payment disputes between users.
  • Business losses.
  • Lost profits.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.

Users remain solely responsible for their business operations.

Account Suspension

DISPA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

DISPA may update these Terms from time to time.

The Last Updated date will reflect any revisions.
