DISPA is not responsible for lost loads, vehicle damage, delivery delays, or any issue arising from the transportation of vehicles. These matters are solely the responsibility of the parties involved in the transportation transaction.

DISPA is solely a platform for dispatch administration. DISPA provides tools to organize orders, manage drivers, generate reports, and share information. DISPA does not participate in any transportation, financial, or business transaction between users.

Users are solely responsible for their business operations, including transportation agreements, vehicle condition, payment collection, insurance, compliance with laws, and all interactions with other parties.
